That's why we don't consider a deal complete until you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

That's why we always take tents back or exchange them for a different size if they weren't for you anyway. We do not limit the right of withdrawal to 14 days - as long as the tent does not show any obvious signs of use, we will take it back.
