That's why we only consider a transaction complete when you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

That's why we always accept tents back or exchange them for a different size if they were not for you anyway. We do not limit the right of withdrawal to 14 days - as long as the tent shows no obvious signs of use, we take it back.
