We know that it can be difficult to choose the right size, and sometimes a tent is chosen that is either too large or too small.
Therefore, we always exchange for another size for free if you did not make the right choice the first time.
We cover both the return and shipping costs as part of the exchange. This is your guarantee not to end up in an annoying situation.

Our tents are coated with a water-repellent material that protects the tent from bad weather.
The tent is designed to withstand heavy rain showers, but over time it is inevitable that the water-repellent effect of the tent will diminish.
For the longest possible lifespan of your tent, we therefore recommend that you coat it with a water-repellent material once a year or as needed.
Small - The perfect tent to create a space in the garden for children and adults. Three meters and up to four people.

Return
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your tent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this period. We only accept tents that have been set up but show no visible signs of use. Please contact our customer service before returning your order to ensure a smooth process.
Free Exchange
If you wish to exchange your tent for a different size, we offer free exchanges. We cover both the return costs and the costs for the new delivery – so you don't have to worry about additional fees.
Although our tents are made from the best and most durable materials, you will inevitably find that the tent cannot always withstand the adversities of nature.
Several days of rain or multiple showers in one day are too much even for the best glamping tent. So if you want to prevent your tent from getting damp inside, it's a good idea to provide additional protection. Here we recommend purchasing one of our polyester rain covers if you don't want to set up the tent when the weather forecast predicts rain. The rain cover can be easily pulled over the tent and attached to the pegs that hold the tent.
However, moisture doesn't just hit the tent from above. The ground also releases a lot of moisture, which over time can destroy even the floor of the best glamping tent. Here we have optional Footprint, which act as a protective layer against the ground and extend the life of your tent.

If you buy a glamping tent from us, you get everything you need.
The tent is delivered directly to your home with the necessary accessories, from pegs to guy ropes to the tent groundsheet. This way, you can start glamping in your garden just 30 minutes after receiving the tent.
If the quality does not meet your expectations, simply return the tent to us.

We recently put up our Amaroq XL-tent. It was easy to do and it looks fantastic. It is big enough to receive a group of people. We made it very cosy and beautiful inside. SO far we are really happy with our tent:)
We are currently with the Patrol Tent in Italy by the sea. What can I say, it is perfect for us. You can stand inside without any problems, the nearly 10 square meters are completely sufficient for us and the ventilation works great when you open it at the front and back 👍

Needs improvement: A ventilation opening (with mosquito net) at the back of the tent would be desirable.
The tent is great. It delivers what it promises. We had continuous rain for the first 3 nights and occasionally strong thunderstorms. But everything stayed dry and stable. Maybe one or two loops and pegs are missing to perfectly tension it with every loop, but it's sufficient to easily withstand the aforementioned stresses. For the next trip, we'll just pack one or two more lines and pegs.
The tent is expensive, but clearly also very high quality. It is super beautiful and well-crafted, and it is also super quick and easy to set up.

In the middle of the holiday season, we decided on Wednesday evening to buy a tent to use by Saturday morning. We wrote to Amaroq to see if it was possible – and immediately received a positive response. By Friday morning, we had received the tent and all accessories, just as agreed.

When the tent is not set up, it should be stored in a dry, frost-free place. Also, make sure the tent is 100% dry before packing it into the provided bag.

The cotton makes the tent breathable and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The polyester provides a longer lifespan and greater resistance to anything bad weather can do to the tent.
Despite its size, the tent is lightweight and easy to set up. The first time you set it up, it will probably take about half an hour.
With a little practice, you can do it in 20 minutes.
Our glamping tents are equipped with everything. Pegs, guy lines, groundsheet, and everything that goes with it.
After you have set up your tent, you should spray it with the garden hose first. It sounds strange, but the water repellency of cotton tents is best after a few soakings.

Yes. However, the lifespan of the tent will undoubtedly be extended if you take it down as soon as the autumn weather really sets in.
