To ensure the longest possible lifespan of your tent, we recommend coating it with a water-repellent material once a year or as needed.
Our tents are made from a cotton blend that ensures the tent stays dry inside. However, it may happen that the tent gets a little wet after the first rain shower.
Therefore, we recommend setting up the tent on a sunny day and spraying it with the garden hose and letting it dry.

Yes. The floor is attached with a strong zipper five centimeters above the ground, so the thick PVC floor does not let water through during heavy rain.
Our glamping tents are made from a cotton blend that combines the advantages of cotton and polyester.
The cotton makes the tent breathable and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The polyester ensures a longer lifespan and greater resistance to everything that bad weather can do to the tent.

Yes. However, the lifespan of the tent will undoubtedly be extended if it is taken down as soon as the autumn weather sets in.
The law provides a 2-year warranty. Our warranty covers material and/or workmanship defects.
