We know it can be difficult to choose the right size, and sometimes you choose a tent that is either too large or too small.

Therefore, we always exchange for a different size for free if you did not make the right choice the first time.

We cover both the return and shipping costs as part of the exchange. This is your guarantee not to end up in an annoying situation.

Maintenance

Our tents are coated with a water-repellent material that protects the tent from bad weather.

The tent is designed to withstand heavy rain showers, but over time it is inevitable that the water-repellent effect of the tent will diminish.

To ensure the longest possible lifespan of your tent, we recommend that you coat it with a water-repellent material once a year or as needed.

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your tent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this period. We only accept tents that have been set up but show no visible signs of use. Please contact our customer service before returning your order to ensure a smooth process.

Free Exchange

If you wish to exchange your tent for a different size, we offer free exchanges. We cover both the return costs and the costs for the new delivery, so you don't have to worry about additional fees.

Pamper your tent

Although our tents are made from the best and most durable materials, you will inevitably find that the tent cannot always withstand the adversities of nature.

Several days of rain or multiple showers in a day are too much even for the best glamping tent. So if you want to prevent your tent from getting damp inside, it is a good idea to provide additional protection. Here we recommend that you buy one of our polyester rain covers if you don't want to set up the tent when the weather forecast predicts rain. The rain cover can be easily pulled over the tent and attached to the pegs that hold the tent.

However, moisture doesn't just hit the tent from above. The ground also releases a lot of moisture, which over time can destroy the floor of even the best glamping tent. Here we have optional Footprint that act like a protective layer against the ground and extend the life of your tent.

We are very satisfied with the quality and functionality!

Really great tent with a good indoor climate and great details.

Nice tent but poor instructions

We bought a XL tent for use as a seasonal tent at the campsite and are excited to see how it holds up throughout the whole season.
The tent is nice and attractive, and we like the small details that give it a finished look.
However, we ended up spending 2 hours setting it up instead of the stated 30 minutes. There are several details that the instructions could have mentioned, for example how to identify the front and back, how the groundsheet should face and be zipped on, and the difference between ground pegs and guyline pegs.

Excellent quality

This is tent number 2 we have bought from Amaroq, we started with the small model a few years ago, and as the kids are growing, we had to upgrade to a larger model. Here, medium fits perfectly for 2 adults and 2 children, lots of great details and you can tell that good, durable materials have been used. The price is immediately higher than with the competitors, BUT the quality is so much better at Amaroq. I would recommend buying a tent from here any time

When you buy a glamping tent from us, you get everything you need.
The tent is delivered directly to your home with the necessary accessories, from pegs to guy lines to the tent groundsheet. So you can start glamping in the garden just 30 minutes after receiving the tent.

Breathable with good ventilation

Our cotton tents have the advantage that they don't get as hot as regular tents on sunny days. This is partly because the fabric is made of breathable material and partly because the tent has eight ventilation holes and a large door, all equipped with mosquito nets.
Additionally, you can easily detach the tent fabric from the tent floor and roll up the sides to transform your tent into a kind of pavilion.

Our tents are made from a durable 320 g/m2 cotton blend. This makes the tent heavy but also resistant to falling objects like branches.
The tent fabric is made of an impregnated cotton blend, ensuring the tent looks good for many years, even when exposed to wind, water, and sun.

100% waterproof and removable floor

Thick and strong PVC floor that can be removed to let the grass breathe or to walk on the lawn.

Roll-up sides

You can easily detach the tent sides to roll up the walls, allowing extra air on hot days.

Mosquito nets on all entrances and windows

All entrances are equipped with mosquito nets to prevent insects from entering while you get extra fresh air in the tent

FAQ

How can I store the tent?

When the tent is not set up, it should be stored in a dry, frost-free place. Also, make sure the tent is 100% dry before packing it into the supplied bag.

What about maintenance?

Our tents are coated with a water-repellent material that protects the tent from bad weather.
The tent is designed to withstand heavy rain showers, but over time it is inevitable that the water-repellent effect of the tent will diminish.
To ensure the longest possible lifespan of your tent, we recommend coating it with a water-repellent material once a year or as needed.

Are the tents waterproof?

Our tents are made from a cotton blend that ensures the tent stays dry inside. However, it may happen that the tent gets a little wet after the first rain shower.
Therefore, we recommend setting up the tent on a sunny day and first spraying it with the garden hose and letting it dry.

Can the floor be removed?

Yes. The floor is attached with a strong zipper five centimeters above the ground, so the thick PVC floor does not let water through during heavy rain.

What is a cotton blend?

Our glamping tents are made from a cotton blend that combines the benefits of cotton and polyester.
The cotton makes the tent breathable and ensures a comfortable indoor climate.
The polyester provides a longer lifespan and greater resistance to everything bad weather can do to the tent.

How long does it take to set up the tent?

Despite its size, the tent is lightweight and easy to set up. The first time you set it up, it will probably take about half an hour.
With some practice, you can do it in 20 minutes.

Is the tent ready for use?

Our glamping tents are fully equipped. Pegs, guy lines, groundsheet, and everything that goes with it.
After setting up your tent, the first thing you should do is spray it with the garden hose. It sounds strange, but the water repellency of cotton tents is best after a few soakings.

What size should I choose?

This is a question many people ask. The size you need depends on what you want to use the tent for.

Can tents be left outside all year round?

Yes. However, the lifespan of the tent will undoubtedly be extended if you take it down as soon as the autumn weather sets in.

What does the warranty cover?

The law provides for a 2-year warranty. Our warranty covers material and/or workmanship defects.
